The builder came to us before pricing a new two-storey home and needed a complete, trade-by-trade picture of what the job would take. Working from the architectural and structural drawings, we measured the whole build and produced a detailed Bill of Quantities.
With every trade itemised and quantified, the builder could send accurate sub-trade enquiries, price the job with confidence, and plan the programme around real numbers rather than rough allowances.
